Pastoral Care Team
One of the most unique features of St. Anne Home
is our comprehensive pastoral care program. In addition
to the Felician Sisters who manage the Home and live
on campus, St. Anne Home also has a pastoral care
coordinator and on-site chaplain. Daily mass is conducted
at 9:30am and rosary at 11:15am respectively, in our spacious
chapel, and inter-denominational
services with visiting clergy are regularly scheduled.
The sisters and chaplain provide spiritual support
for all campus residents and their family members.
In addition to daily services, special celebrations
are frequently held in the chapel. The pastoral care
team can also be found visiting residents daily.
For the residents and their families, the spiritual
support offered by St. Anne Home is a source of great
comfort and joy.
Mass Intentions
St. Anne Home accepts mass intentions for a $10 donation per mass. In addition,
you can honor a loved one by lighting the sanctuary lamp in the chapel. For a $5.00 donation, the lamp will burn for your intention for an entire week. Please contact the St. Anne Home Pastoral Care Office to reserve a week for your special intention or to schedule a mass intention.
Journey to a New Life
St. Anne Home has recently implemented a new concept into its comprehensive Pastoral Care Program. “Journey to a New Life” was developed to give deceased residents a dignified way to depart from the home for the last time. This program allows the entire community of St. Anne Home to show respect and say good-bye to a resident who has passed away.
“The Journey to a New Life” program shows that death is not something to be ignored. It truly is the next step on life's journey and should be celebrated. St. Anne Home has recognized a need to give their residents a respectful final farewell and has acted on this need. To learn more about this program, please call the Pastoral Care Office at 724-837-6070 ext. 3050.
