Villa Angela at St. Anne Home offers a wide variety of assisted living services for adults who want to remain independent, but who may need some help with daily activities.  Villa Angela features 44 apartments, including four 2-bedroom apartments, six 1-bedroom apartments, and 34 studios with various floor plans.  All units have a private bathroom with walk-in showers, and 27 apartments have tea kitchens equipped with microwave, sink, and refrigerator.

Villa Angela is staffed 24-hours a day and provides different levels of care based on each resident's needs.  Monthly rental with no entrance fee or long-term lease includes:

• Annual health assessment and wellness plans
• Periodic health screenings and health monitoring
• Medication management
• Help with daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, as needed
• Restaurant- style dining and flexible meal plans
• Access to free laundry facilities
• Paid utilities, including gas, electric, water, sewage, garbage
• Basic cable service
• Weekly housekeeping service
• Maintenance service
• Emergency response system and security service
• Social and recreation programs

• Daily religious services held in a spacious chapel

Rates

Villa Angela rates are based on the type and size of apartment selected and the level of care the resident needs.  Rates listed below are effective July 1, 2007.
